After a long quarantine period we are happy to see our swimmers getting back to some sense of normalcy. Despite the fact that we are still limited by guidelines and have not returned to in-water practices, we are happy to get everyone back together for in person Dryland training sessions. These sessions are targeted at getting our swimmers in the best possible shape for their return to the pool. 

Our first in person Dryland training sessions were held by the Freedom Aquatics coaching staff beginning with swimmers from Poly Prep and ALHS at the Fort Hamilton Athletic Field on July 30th followed by swimmers from the SIYMCA and RBYMCA at Wolfe’s Pond Park on July 1st.

We would like to thank all of the swimmers for their participation, as coaches were really encouraged to see such great attendance in addition to the determination displayed by all team members.
