An Unforgettable Experience with Alexey Molchanov!
Yesterday, we had the incredible honor of hosting Alexey Molchanov, multiple world record holder in freediving, for a special masterclass at our RBYMCA location. It was an eye-opening experience for our swimmers!
Alexey shared his expertise on breath control, lung capacity, and CO2 tolerance, giving our swimmers valuable tools to improve their endurance, mental strength, and overall performance in the water. His insights into the power of breath and relaxation techniques left everyone inspired and eager to apply these new skills in training and competition.
A huge thank you to Alexey for sharing his knowledge and passion for freediving with our swimmers. We are grateful for this unique opportunity and look forward to future collaborations! Can’t wait to see Alexey visiting our Brooklyn locations in the near future!
