Freedom Aquatics Swim Tots

Freedom Aquatics, working in partnership with Milestones in Motion and the Aquatics and Fitness Center is happy to announce a new “Swim Tots” program. This program is designed and conducted by Milestones in Motion’s President and founder, Dr. Denise Uttaro-DeRosa, PT/DPT and her staff. This program will begin on September 7th and will be held on Saturday mornings at the Aquatics and Fitness Center – 333 Cheesequake Rd. Parlin, NJ.

The program and location is unique in that it affords our clients an in-water, “Mommy and Me” type class in a clean, private and temperature controlled environment. Unlike other facilities, this location has a “walk-in” pool equipped with steps and guide-rails to allow easy access to and from the class area and provides exceptional site lines for all participants to the instructor. Convenient family changing rooms are also available. In addition, classes will be conducted during off-hours in the aquatics area with only Freedom Aquatics swim school occupying the adjacent lap pool.

This program is designed for infants and toddlers 0 to 4 years of age accompanied by one adult 18 years of age or older. This adult may be a mom, dad, aunt, uncle, grandparent or guardian. Classes will be 30 minutes in length and will focus on techniques tailored to prepare your infant/toddler to swim independently in the future. Technique instruction will include floating, bubbles, kicking, arms, body position, and much more. We will sing, dance, and swim, all while having lots of fun in the pool!

Dates and Pricing

We will begin the program on a monthly billing schedule. Classes will be $40 per class if you sign up for the entire month or $50 per class if you choose the “pay as you go” option.

October Class Options are as follows:

10/5, 10/12, 10/19 & 10/26 – 9:00-9:30 am. $160 for the entire month or $50 per class with “pay as you go option”.

10/5, 10/12, 10/19 & 10/26 – 9:40-10:10am. $160 for the entire month or $50 per class with “pay as you go option”.

Clients signing up monthly will receive the discounted rate but will not be afforded make-ups or credits for any missed classes (unless class is cancelled by Freedom Aquatics management). Clients signing up with the “pay as you go” option, have the ability to cancel a class within 24 hours of the scheduled class and will not be charged.
