5 Freedom Aquatics Swimmers competed at the 2018 PSAL Boys Championships representing their schools this weekend.
Maxim Kleyer – Susan Wagner High School
Had an outstanding weekend setting new personal best times in both 100 Back and 100 Freestyle events. While receiving a Bronze and a Silver. With his performance Max punched his ticket to State Championships in both events.
His relay performance helped Susan Wagner to a 4th place finish in the 200 Medley Relay and a 5th place finish in the 400 Freestyle Relay.
Anthony Attenborough – Tottenville High School
Started his freshman year with a successful performance in the 200 Freestyle hitting his personal best time and placing 4th while also earning a bronze medal in the 100 Breaststroke.
Michael Passante – Tottenville High School
Had a great start competing for the first time at PSAL Championships.
Swimming the 100 Free and 100 Breast events Michael made B finals placing 10th in both events while also swimming his personal best times.
Anthony Attenborough and Michael Passante representing Tottenville High School had a great relay performance placing 6th in Finals in both the 200 Freestyle and 200 Medley Relays.
Nikita Kvasnitskiy – Brooklyn Tech
Had a good freshman start swimming 100 Freestyle and 100 Breaststroke events.
Nicholas Shklovsky – Susan Wagner High School
Completed in 100 Freestyle and 100 Backstroke in prelims and also qualified for B Finals as part of the 200 Free Relay.
