  The coaching staff at Freedom Aquatics have turned to “out of the box” methods to keep close tabs on their swimmers during the ongoing Coronavirus crisis. With all locations closed while complying with governmental guidelines, Coach Nikolay and members of his coaching staff conducted virtual meetings on Monday to check in with their swimmers.

This past weekend Freedom Aquatics youngest stars headed to Felix Festa to compete at Metro 8 and Under Championships. Freedoms young stars shined both in and out of the pool. Out of the pool, Freedoms swimmers and coaches paraded their Olympic style prior to both Saturday sessions,  donning white derby’s and carrying an Olympic banner.

Freedom Aquatics high school swimmers finished their seasons at their respective Local and State Championships. These swimmers should be commended for their hard work and dedication in juggling a very busy schedule of high school swimming and academics while still attending practices and competing for Freedom Aquatics.  Congratulations to all participants on a job well

The short-course championship season began this past weekend with Freedom Aquatics swimmers heading to Lehman College for the 2020 Metropolitan Silver Championships. Freedom Aquatics was represented by over 55 swimmers that competed in over 285 events.
